Delivery Information
SHIPPING COST
A standard rate of RM 5 is applicable for all shipment withing Peninsular Malaysia and RM 15 to East Malaysia which includes Sabah and Sarawak and RM 15 and RM 30 respectively for express shipping which takes 2 - 3 days to arrive as opposed to 4 - 5 days.
A standard rate of S$ 7.5 is applicable for all shipments to Singapore and S$ 15 for express shipping which takes 4 - 5 days as opposed to 2 - 3 weeks.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is applicable for orders above RM 150 within Peninsular Malaysia only, Free shipping is not applicable for promotional items.
DELIVERY TIMES
1. All deliveries will be done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during office hours only.
2. All orders are shipped within 48 hours upon payment confirmation
3. Your orders should arrive within 2 -3 days, all delivery estimates should be used as a guide only and commences from date of dispatch.
4. A tracking number will be provided once the shipment has left our warehouse, all packages will be shipped via POS Malaysia or SingPost.
CASH ON DELIVERY
COD is offered in Malaysia & Singapore upon request and on selected weekends. Please e-mail sales@hullaballu.com once your order has been placed to arrange a pick-up
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping Rates stated on our shopping cart are based on 500GMs packages, If your shipment exceeds the 500GMs limit additional shipping costs will be incurred and you will be notified via e-mail prior to shipping.
